Are there any updates for my GO?
updates are always given through the groupchat & / or masterlist.
there isn't always a new update to give. so please be patient.

NEOKYO & GO's

The neokyo batch closed but I'm not in a groupchat?
it can take 1-2 weeks for all items to reach the warehouse. I make the groupchats after that is complete.
I post a story update when the groupchat has been made, so if you are still not in it, please DM me.
Will you send videos of my claims?
unless there is noticeable damage, I only send pictures to verify the claims are correct to save time.
What happens if my neokyo item is canceled after I paid?
I'll refund you after neokyo refunds me back (~ 1-3 days).
How long do I have to pay the initial price?
NEOKYO: ASAP, items can sell out at any time.
OTHER GO's: payment deadlines will be stated in the groupchat.
Do you accept payment plans?
I DO accept payment plans for SALES.
I do NOT accept payment plans for any group orders.

PAYMENTS

Is there a penalty or fee for late payments?
I do NOT charge late fees.
If a payment is time sensitive, a late payment may result in losing your claim.
if you continuously pay late, you may be asked not to join future GO's.
What should I put in my payment note?
I will give instructions for the note in the groupchat.
if you send the wrong note, I will refund you & ask you to resend.
How is EMS split?
NEOKYO: split evenly by joiners, NOT per claim.
OTHER GO's: varies by each GO. may be split by joiner or per claims.
Do you accept paypal g&s?
no. if you send through g&s I will refund you & ask you to resend through f&f.
if this is your only option you will NOT be able to buy from me / join GO's.
Which shipping option should I choose?
please read the entire 'SHIPPING INFORMATION' section of the address form which describes each method available.
Can I combine shipping with other GO's / sales ?
yes, there is a section on the address form to combine with any ongoing GO's.
Have you sent my claims yet?
If you haven't gotten an address check, then no.
When will my claims be shipped?
it typically takes 1-2 weeks from the time you submit your address form.

SHIPPING

How long do I have to submit the address form?
I suggest within 2 weeks, however there is no set deadline. I will occasionally send reminders.
If I don't hear from you for 2+ months, your items are subject to reclaim.
My claims were shipped but didn't arrive / tracking isn't updating?
STAMPED: once the package leaves my hand, there is nothing I can do about if/when it is delivered.
TRACKED: tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update once dropped off. if the package was scanned but hasn't updated for a while, it may either be moving (without being scanned) or delayed. There is nothing I can do about this.
The GO arrived & it's been 2+ weeks & I haven't heard from you?
If you have not received pictures of your claims / address conf. I did NOT get your address form yet.
I am located WW and was charged customs/taxes for my package?
when filling out the customs form, I typically enter a relatively small value regardless of the package contents to avoid this.
however, it is out of my control if this happens. YOU are responsible for paying those.
if you choose to refuse the package & it gets sent back to me, I can re-ship it, but I will ask you to pay for shipping again.
